Do you need to order in advance? Bring this form on Oct 22, 23, or 24th 2:00 pm or hand to your teacher for Raffle tickets, wrist band and/or game tickets. No refunds. Order NOW to avoid standing in lines (sometimes the lines are long at Fall Festival).
